Apparently we should all be showing some perspective and glad that the club have not wasted any money according to one poster on TPF.

That just about sums up how they get away with it for 90% of the fan base

So The board will be back in the real transfer game Once felliani is sold then , as said we just didnt have the money just chancing, rolling dice and Hustling, waisting everybodys time , if moyes in the goes he will quietly he wont embarrass them

Exactly.

£12million they apparently knocked back for Negredo. We let a £8.6million deal collapse to played hard ball and we lost.

So what do we do? Spend 500k on a kid who will be nowhere near the first team.

Come on. If we had the cash, and wanted players, it would be spent.

But no because there was no cash.

If we had spent 3m on this young lad and maybe got a loan in I dont think people would be that bothered, we all know we're skint, especially with the last set of accounts.

But

Everyone was socked we apparently had 8m never mind 14m euros, the board have shot themselves in the foot and quite frankly its a PR disaster.

We never had any money.

Never mind their foot, by now they've shot both legs off to above the knees.

Yup. We had little and blagged the full fee over installments which would've shown up on the accounts as losses over the seasons, which would hopefully be covered by player sales in the future.

This is why we should be bothered mate. It's unbelievable that people accept the fact we are skint as a given these days. Something has to be done.

Everyone who is suggesting the money for Fer was never even there will be called conspiracy theorists now, it will simply all be brushed under the carpet until Fellaini goes in summer and Moyes gets about a 3rd of that fee to re-invest in the squad.

DaveK, there was no respect shown to the man that saved his arse...the best chance we have of getting to 4th and they failed off the pitch. The fans will never see it as failure not if it was printed on the next bottle of beer they open. I don.t care two hoots for the fans tonight my thoughts are with a man who has been shafted from within.

TBH, I didn't think I'd see so many take the body blow so well. Maybe when we slip out of the top five there'll be some anger. Shocked really, I think the board have won in turning the club finally into a Fulham - with their expectations for success and what constitutes failure.

I agree mate. Perspective - I think Evertonians have had enough perspective. Some serious money and silverware are long overdue. They've basically crushed the life and fight out of the Everton community. You cant come to any other conclusion after reading tripe like that.

When moyes goes and he will I can.t wait to see the look on the fans face when they realize that it will be " In Bill We trust"

you get the club you deserve they say. and they will come this summer.
