Neville Southall has been asked about our situation on twitter and says it wont change until we sell and also says Kenwright is asking too much as he wants a profit. Is this his personal opinion or does he know whats going on beind the scenes?

Its his personal opinion...everything Neville has said since he retired has been his personal opinion, thank God....the worlds greatest keeper for at least three years, but not successful in anything he has attempted since then. His all time classic...'It would do Everton good to be relegated'.

Why are you so determined to defend Kenwright so often?

Neville may have a few odd ideas on the club and the game but he's also got connections to our club and is far more likely to be ITK than any of us.

TBF you don't connections to know Bill's either asking for too much money or isn't even trying to sell the club at all. The facts are there for all to see.

Forums are all about personal opinions so i don't know why people get so angry about what other people think. I know i'm guilty of it but only because that Bluenose1995 fella comes across like a... well i won't say it.

So, in your OPINION, because of your AGENDA, saying that Neville Southall was the worlds greatest goalkeeper for at least three years is smearing his name. I am not alone in thinking that Nev has not had the greatest success since he retired from the game..see other post above, and numerous other examples. That is an OPINION, shared by others, it is NOT smearing. Got it ?

I'd say him working with disadvantaged teenagers has been both successful and personally rewarding Steve.

Like any other human being he's prone to coming out with opinions that are different to yours and I though.

Maybe you misssed the part where i said i'm guilty of the same thing. Perhaps your fuming got in the way? I think if you fume a little more, you may become a positive agent for change. Fume away my friend, fume away.

Thats fair enough...doing that is a great thing for him to do and I respect him for it...but his utterances about football and Everton in particular don't appear to be very well thought out. Its just an opinion...just as it is my opinion about his goalkeeping capabilities. He is a football hero and that will never change, but I wish he would think before he spoke. 'It would do Everton good to get relegated' Really ?

I just read his book and loved it. He's the best player I've ever seen play for the club if I'm being honest.

He does come out with some stuff I don't agree with but he probably has a better handle on the club than what I do.
