Neville Southall has been asked about our situation on twitter and says it wont change until we sell and also says Kenwright is asking too much as he wants a profit. Is this his personal opinion or does he know whats going on beind the scenes?

Just seen that.. interesting that when someone said he should be careful as he could be barred from GP he just said "too late"

its a know fact what kenwright is, its only out of the love of Everton that most ex players dont come out and tell what they really think of him.

Just to clarify was that in one of his £49 an hour web chats? In his day Big Nev was arguably our greatest ever player but since he's packed in he's hardly set the world alight has he?

Every team in the world loses games they should win, get over it.

What's apparent to me and should be to most is we've looked flat since Christmas and the failure to invest in the squad during January has cost us dearly.

That makes no sense. I'm on about yesterday when we were battered by a Wigan team that cost a fraction of ours and has a wage bill of barely a third of ours.

If we'd lost to a Stoke or a Fulham that had really splashed the cash in the window then your angle would have weight. But we didn't. We lost to a Wigan team that spent even less than we did.

Kenwright is far from perfect but yesterday was 100% Moyes.

It wasn't Kenwright that chose that team or tactics against a team that got their own arses kicked by the RS the week before.

It wasn't Kenwright that failed to change the tactics when it was so obvious we were being outplayed.

It wasn't Kenwright that failed to inspire with a team talk or substitutions.

The only think Kenwright is at fault for here is allowing Moyes to carry on with this contract farce.

''the one good thing about everton is we have bill kenwright,if it wasn't for him we would have gone bust a long time ago and be playing in lge 1 like portsmouth. I've been told he's got 3 top managers lined up if moyes goes martinez is the 1st choice followed by neil lennon and then mark hughes. ''

Who considers any of those TOP managers?

But every team loses games to sides they should beat. It was Wigan's day, fair enough. We were awful, the players were awful, the manager was awful. Completely accepted.

I'm not about to let one result cloud my judgement though, we're 6th in the league. That's good enough for me in the circumstances.

I suppose he could get on the Bill Kenwrong payroll instead but he would have to keep his mouth shut.

Dell Boy - very fkin appropriate name the boy part because i have a feeling that if Nev was stood in front of you you would say fkall to him.

Behave - if Nev was stood in front of me itd be pitch dark and he'd not see me

I can only hope Southall is joking, and that Everton's worst-ever chairman didn't really have the audacity to ban arguably the club's greatest player from Goodison.

Then again, Liverpool barred Shankly so I suppose anything is possible.

What would have helped was the ability to rest important players and to have options. Thought that was erm, logical.
If you 'don't get' the anti Kenwright sentiments, and the legion of reasons as to why it exists by now, you never will . It seems Bill could crap on your carpet and convince you it was a mars bar.

Lets not make excuses for yesterday's defeat shall we. Man for man our squad should be ****ting all over Wigan and yesterday's debacle is unforgivable, Bill or no Bill.

That's why he's a f*cking legend...says it like it is. I'm so glad he never towed the line, and they can't say a damn thing to him after the career he had. Good on him.
