Lads. Instead of getting involved in tit for tat arguments, put each other on ignore if the others opinion bothers you so much. Cheers.

This is a forum, and we exchange views, there is no malice intended by anyone. A good strong debate is the lifeblood of any forum, and I have the utmost respect for anyone who uses the forum correctly, whether they agree with me or not. One thing I think everyone agrees on...we all want the best for Everton.
Gawd..it would be a dull old world if everyone agreed !! I often wish I could see more posters for a beer and a chat sometime, I'm sure there would be plenty of good talk, but no malice or serious abuse !

...so read my last post, above, and tell me that it doesn't say ' Bill wrongly applied show business methods to the running of Everton, because he knew no other way,so in one respect you are right in that he is out of his depth, something he admitted when he became chairman'
Now...is that about Everton or not ?
so steve, why is the ******** still chairman.

That's a bit juvenile isn't it?

I am not a Kenwright fan by any means. Equally I think the Blue Union and its cohorts have wasted a great opportunity.

I want a better Everton and am happy to discuss and debate any facts. We all have our opinions and ****ging each other off is hardly helpful for the common good.

just out of intrest, what would bill have done if the chat between good Evertonians and a phoney chairman not been made public.

Sorry I don't know what you're getting at? I think the meeting between BU and Bill should have been kept confidential if that's what both parties wanted. I don't see how releasing details did anything for the BU but ensure they wouldn't get any more one to ones with Bill and the Board.

Look I'm perfectly happy to have a go at Kenwright and the Board for what I see as their mistakes. There have been quite a few of them for sure. If the BU went about it in a way that I could agree with (and stick to the facts not mud-slinging) then I'd support them 100% as I'm taken to do with all things Everton related.

A strong, dignified pressure group would have much more success with Kenwright than one marching through the streets throwing about all manner of accusations.

Erm, has 'something gone on' behind the scenes over the weekend?

I know it wasn't much but the Talksport phone in last night seemed to get more directly out of the club than anyone else in years.
