No, the way you 'take the regime down' is by actually being proactive instead of sitting on a computer calling Kenwright a redcoat. See: What the Kopites did a few years ago

problem is mate when we did protest a vast amount of evertonians it seemed turned their back on the protest movement, we had the chance to do what the RS did and we blew it because some poor old man was getting shouted at through a fence. People can like the BU or not Im neither but when theirs the chance to force change we should of all united and took it but never did.

Sorry, but thats delusional, RBS called the loan in it had nothing to do with two thousand lids walking down Anfield Road. The fact is we are all hurting and want people to takeover with money, but due to the fact of the ground situation this looks increasingly unlikely.

Totally agree with this, I was amazed the BU didn't get more support. They were really pushing Bill out of his comfort zone but most fans seemed to take offence to their actions, instead of uniting behind them for the bigger picture.
I for one hope they haven't given up.

how do we solve the ground problem, do we sit and wait for a new buyer to provide the money for the ground, do we spend some of the new sky money developing the park end, replace the st end and maybe replace the bullens road stand.I understand the limitations of the present ground but at least trying to upgrade some of it will reduce the need of a new owner to have to spend so much straight away. THe lost revenue from ticket sales again can be off set by the new sky deal.We all know the ground is put forward as the main stumbling block for the sale, we either try to improve what we have or carry on giving it a lick of blue paint every summer.

The price of the club is the main stumbling block.

I agree that the reported buying cost is way to high but the club and the media use the ground as a major stalling point, the present board doing nothing to address the problem in the last eleven years.I understand that if we want to move we dont want to spend to much on the existing ground but they are talking about ten years before they think we will be moving.

After reading anything the club or media have to say about moving ground scrumple the paper up and wipe your arse with it.

Good piece. It should be clear who Everton borrow money from and where, in turn, that party receives its money from. And if Leeds fans could force disclosure of what people lie beyond the facade of the BVI financial vehicle that controlled their fortunes then Everton's should get that same courtesy.

That's a raw nerve concerning this board of directors and their relationship with one another that needs pressing.

I see Leeds are for sale again. Apparently the 'Investors' say they bought 'on the cheap' for £22 million a few months ago, and want to sell for £29 million 'within 6 to 12 months'.
Making £7 million in around a year. I wonder if they actually had any interest in football ?

Can't have if they bought Leeds. Team of donkeys ran by a farmer.

It appears not Steve.

It's another cautionary tale of football club takeovers, that promise much & deliver nothing. However, it still doesn't mean that we should revel in our inertia under the hapless Kewnright.

Like so many things I'd love to see open and transparent details of owners , investment and takeovers regarding Leeds over the last few years . I'd expect it to be very very interesting and the same names appearing more than once.

Another white knight cocks up a football club. Apart from City (jury still out)& Chelsea I cant' think of a successful "billionare" takeover. I know United are doing ok but £700m in debt or something like that.

How many clubs are owned by genuine billionaires? I know City, Chelsea, Villa, PSG, Inter and Malaga definitely are - as are quite a lot of eastern European sides - but it's hard to tell what's going on at the likes of United, Liverpool and Newcastle. Tottenham and Sunderland are very well-backed, but again I'm not sure it it's by actual billionaires or just very rich men.
