Glad to hear that Dell, we will need the views of highly educated, captains of industry such as yourself at that time. People not afraid to take an independent view and challenge the board.

I don't know what you're getting at and frankly I can't be arsed anyway.

I support Everton and want the best for my club. If a decent new owner came sniffing I'd be all for it.

If Kenwright has done anything wrong or seriously misleading then I'll jump at that as well.

What I can't stand is bullsh*t innuendo and folk throwing around accusations without the hint of any supporting evidence. In the last few months I've heard it all on here:

- Other operating expenses - "Kenwright's slush fund" etc and the involvement of Philip Green and his Bond villain ways
- Poor commercial deals - as if some fat-arsed no mark in his pyjamas in his mum's house knows the goings on at Nike etc. I'm not saying they are great deals but - as to why Kenwright et al would want to deliberately do crap deals has never been explained
- Tonnes of investors being put off by Kenwright's asking price - in light of the new TV deal nobody it seems nobody has attempted to try and have a go at calculating what's a fair price for the club
- All the prospective buyers are covered by confidentiality contracts - bollocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Magicpram and his Indian consortium that wanted to do mega construction deals in L4!

Do you believe kenwright & the board are honest ? If not then the argument is won by those opposed to the board I'd think ? If you believe the board they've said the 'Jain' interest was genuine so it's not rubbish surely ? I couldn't speak to the exact details but I do know that various people in football were working under the premise they were genuine . The same situation on NDA's as the board say they require them so again is that truthful .

I'm not going to speculate on green but at the very least he's an 'advisor' or friend again by the boards or chairmans own mouth. I do know funny enough that green is closely connected to pini zahavi who funny enough brokered the yak and billy deals. I also like to think I'm not a crazy fantasist and I'm also not as conspiratorial as others and I'll also defend the board if I feel they're getting a kicking unjustifiably .

I'm probably not going to be able to reply but I'm not ignoring mate just waiting for a beer.

Never heard anyone say, "deliberate", but pound for pound compared against others, they look crap deals.

Sorry if my tone seemed aggressive there. It wasn't intended to be.

I think and would expect the board to be honest with a small 'h' - by that I mean I can excuse a bit of fudging of detail for commercial reasons. At some point I want to look again at all the Kirkby stuff and what Kenwright is said to have lied about.

My comment on the Jain interest is that the magicpram bloke talked of them doing it with a view to a huge construction project in the area which is comical. It's in that sense it was pure rubbish. Nobody is going to buy Everton for a property angle - because in today's climate there just isn't one; wheras there is anywhere else in the UK and Europe.

NDAs are not worth the paper they're written on. I've explained my reasons for that a few times on here and we'll agree or disagree.

I don't know Green any more than I know Colonel Mustard from the Cleudo game. Only by reputation do I know he's probably one of the sharpest and most aggressive businessmen in the UK. Hence I don't for one second believe that he'd stand by whilst Kenwright indulged his little trainset and turned down serious interest. It just wouldn't happen.

Enjoy your beer anyway!

But that's my point. Everton have a lot of senior commercial staff that are paid well and have come through the ranks of decent blue chip companies and smaller sports clubs. They are going to be doing the best job they can aren't they? And given we're looking at a 13 year period that's a lot of people to accuse of being crap for no reason other than a crude 2 min analysis of their job spec via google.

I have a deja vu sense with you, your particular style seems familiar, from other boards, you spoke utter misrepresented ****e then, to the same agenda.

I would suggest, rather than using revisionist crap, you revisit what I posted instead of making unsubstantiated claims to support your self infatuation.

Your opinion is basically that, and trying to erm, call me out, only works if there is some semblance of respect involved, of which I am quite happy to point out there is absolutely none.

kenwright must love the likes of you mate.

I don't know if that's true but either way there is only one way this train is going and it's not toward a pro-board fan-base. The mainstream will come to our side eventually ... always takes them longer but we'll get them sorted.

most of the blues i know...and its many ,would disagree with you.

Well Joe, they must not go the match. And when they had the one and only chance for a democratic vote (Kirkby) the majority backed Bill Kenwright. There are a lot against Kenwright but they never tell you what it is they want, just that they dont want "Kenwright".

Am loving the cool attitude. I picture you practicing that Liam Gallagher swagger in the mirror most evenings. Well in.

I'm nobody's lapdog and will happily debate any facts you want. You lost me completely when you tried to make out that a group of 'global financiers' were sniffing around the club as a stepping stone to a major construction project in the city.

I've never said the Board, the senior staff let alone Kenwright was faultless. Far from it. I think plenty of mistakes have been made and I'd welcome a new owner if they were genuine. Just one huge mistake is the total lack of corporate governance in stopping shareholder meetings. Kings Dock was another. Even this farce with Moyes contract is ridiculous.

Just to show me where I've been going wrong:

1. What's a fair price for the club in light of the new TV deal?

2. What evidence is there of wrongdoing or shadey practices?

3. How are NDAs enforcable in a practical sense in the context of buying Everton?

4. Are you saying Kenwright has ever turned down a serious bid for the club?
