Could to with refreshing this poll occasionally to be honest. Context.

Aye..I've said this a few times in this thread over the last year or so. The majority of votes were long before Martinez joined up.

To be fair, I think the percentage would stay roughly the same as we've just come out a very disappointing January window. Maybe wait until after the summer window to refresh the poll. Most of us will have a very solid idea then what we think of the Kenwright regime.

lol

14 years too brief a period for you to judge is it?

But what if the republic you swore to protect has become the very evil you swore to destroy?

That's what I'm afraid of. Who to trust?

Everton FC has made a "bit of progress" and is "putting together the financial jigsaw" to move to a new stadium, according to senior advisor Sir Terry Leahy. The Blues have been considering a replacement to Goodison Park for years, but have faced regular setbacks. One of the key problems has been affordability.
But Sir Terry Leahy, the former chief executive of Tesco turned Everton FC consultant, said the search for a solution was progressing. He said: "The club have been working quietly behind the scenes and are making a bit of progress on sites in the city, and they are putting together the financial jigsaw needed to complete the move."
The business magnate added that the long-search would have to conclude soon in order to attract new money to the club. “They [investors] worry about Everton being what from the outside world would appear as the number two club in the city,” Sir Terry said. "And then they look at the ground and see that will need new investments.” “So all those things together - the fact that it’s hard anyway and the fact that there are some special challenges with Everton - make it more difficult.”
The special advisor to the club added that previous pitfalls in the search for a stadium, including the failed attempt to move to Kirkby in 2009, could be overcome. “On the plus side,” he said, “it’s a fantastically successful club." The news comes a few months after the Toffees chairman said he remains confident the council is “extremely positive” about a potential move. At a meeting of the club’s shareholders last summer, Bill Kenwright explained they are exploring a site for a potential new stadium close to Goodison Park. "We've had strenuous meetings with a very supportive [Mayor] Joe Anderson and the council,” he said.
“Last time we spoke, I think there were six or seven sites - now there are two or three, and there's one that I would love. But again, it's down to the funding package.”
