Has she been doing her job though? As a CEO has she grown the Everton FC business? Have we seen year on year financial growth, has she lowered the debt, increased turnover and sorted out the P&L mess?
The answer to all the above is no and therefore she deserves to be hounded out. If our clown of an owner had an ounce of a spine he wound have booted her beards ago.
Yep….ever present in the PL, and even Jonny-cum-lately, newly promoted PL clubs have a similar annual turnover because the vast majority of our turnover is generated through the TV deal….an entitlement enjoyed by all PL clubs….there has been no significant growth unique to the Everton brand through innovative commercial dealsThis^^^^^. I said way back that she was not CEO material and would be better just doing EiTC…..she has achieved nothing, and as you say should already have been sacked…headlockgate should have been the final straw……

Just as an additional point to the above as well, whilst the board should get all the flak, what the bloody hell are our commercial team doing? Like any business the executive at the top relies on the skill, knowledge and speciality of people below them. It seems like all teams at all levels within the club are under performing.Yep….ever present in the PL, and even Jonny-cum-lately, newly promoted PL clubs have a similar annual turnover because the vast majority of our turnover is generated through the TV deal….an entitlement enjoyed by all PL clubs….there has been no significant growth unique to the Everton brand through innovative commercial deals

Good point…I actually don’t know who it isAgain, years ago on here we all said that the most important role was that of commercial Director, at one point it looked like we had done it. But today, does anyone even know who the Commercial Director is ????? ……
He is their Chief Scout/Head of RecruitmentRight well that’s the first place sorted for next year….Coventry (who will probably try to convince Darren Huckerby to come out of retirement) or Luton (who may very well reappoint the dream managerial duo of David Pleat and Mick Hartford if things aren’t going well)
I can imagine his checklist for promising talent….’is he 6ft4?’ Check. ‘Is he hard?’ Check. ’Can he headbutt a wall?’ Check….’Oh and er…what’s he like at kicking that round thing?’He is their Chief Scout/Head of Recruitment
