I'm glad it sounds like it could be a full takeover because that's exactly what we need. No minority investment, no half measures.

I dont understand the fear of a future under new ownership. We are a long long way away from where we want to be but this is the first step in a long process. The chances of new ownership doing a worse job are as small as it gets.

Change should be embraced, not feared. Because only with massive changes can things ever get better. I fully support this group or whoever takes over the club.

My fear or rather concern is, people will get carried away before they actually achieved anything substantial. Let’s see what they can do before being decisive in a positive or negative sense.

Basically I don’t want to see people being disappointed once again so let’s see how they do for a period.

Thats fair but the process of changing leadership is what the club needs.

I wont be getting carried away but ill be happy if the takeover happens. We need some sort of stability first of all, but even stability will only come about through making changes at the top of the club with fresh ideas and new personnel.

All that said, while its massively important to the future of the club, its not top priority in the next 10 days. We need to be a top flight club and that means getting 2 results.

The key thing with 777 is that they have the level of business savviness that the current clown show could only dream of, and know how to improve commercialisation on their client’s portfolios which could be massive in terms of both getting out of our current mess and getting the sponsors for the stadium we lost with Usmanov

Did the rule come in mate?

Last I remember they were talking about it.
The last mention anywhere I can find is an interview Richard Masters did with the Athletic in august.

Doesn’t look like anything has come from it sadly.
