I think there's an awful lot of guesswork as to the terms / percentages that certain individuals & media are putting out.

The ONLY people privy to ANY of this is are the respective legal team's, Moshiri and the prospective investors.

2 certain parties are well known for jumping the gun and getting things badly wrong about this club and its affairs yet some folks hang on every word they say.

So it's in the hands of Moshiri , won't be long now , best just wait for the REAL news.

Couldn't agree more. God knows how Moshiri became a Billionaire. The man seems clueless. Not just him. Whay qualifications has DBB got to hold such a lofty position at Everton? BK has had his day. Why was he placed in such a powerful position as 'Chairman'? He did his bit, selling the club on. We needed a qualified CEO, and still do.

Exactly.

Trying to form firm conclusions without knowing what's going in between the main players is a waste of time.

You can get a pretty good idea, but fretting over details is pointless.

Ask yourself
Why would MSP show their hand in what they were prepared to pay and their levels of investment?
Didn't this happen with John Jay Moores before Moshiri went all in.

We keep hearing there are other interested parties , you bet your bottom dollar there is . We keep hearing one in particular party is very interested yet not as advanced as MSP. Maybe they are just biding their time before making an offer Moshiri can't refuse.

Anyone trying to make themselves look relevant claiming to know the details of any takeover/ investment are just making yet another rod for their own backs.

Big news on the EFC takeover front. MSP's partners in the deal Andy Bell (AJ Bell) and George Downing. Full clear out of the Board. Andy is going to be CEO and George as Chairman. Going to be announced in the next couple of days. George is in Cannes with Moshiri today. Andy Bell is from Ormskirk.

iirc, Sharp already gone with a None Disclosure document in his back pocket...it'll all come out in dribs and draws down the track - it always does.

This may be right.

Then again it could be a million miles away.

Like player speculation, when they've signed and holding up the shirt.

They can't do it without a budget and support from the club. They won't get that support until the current board have stepped down. Thats why it matters.

If this is all still going on in the background in a month's time then we are going to be in a bad position

Someone posted similar about 4 days ago saying George Downing was in Cannes with Moshiri. They said 4 days ago it would be confirmed in a couple of days.

Think it was posted on Esks twitter timeline by someone last Thursday or Friday.

This was said about five or more days ago but still nothing.

As was some recently signed up ITK coming on here saying very much the same , even 2 players are lined up ready to come in as soon as its announced.

Rather large pinch of salt.
