Sounds like a good thing to me. We haven't been cautious enough under Moshiri. Spurs are cautious, you could even say Liverpool are cautious to an extent, they only spend the big bucks when they know its right. Its not a bad thing.

We entered a relegation battle because we spent so much and so badly. You telling me we would’ve gone down this season if we’d never bought Cenk Tosun and Gbamin for a combined £60m?
We bought players regularly just because we could. I dont believe enough thought and attention was taken before we paid high fees. If we now have less cash then the process should be much more thorough.
