Payments to Former Directors

Colin said that the payments made to former Directors for loss of office were decided upon and approved by the former Board of Directors. He said that due to matters of confidentiality he couldn’t say anything further.

EFCSA did ask why the payments were not held back to be part of the next year accounts but Colin explained that he couldn’t go into further detail of timings or any other matters in relation to this.
