If you think the board were responsible for hiring Sam then sacking him and getting Silva you weren't paying attention at the time, as Moshiri was quite open about this, every Everton fan who was around back then knows this.
Just be thankful they haven't stepped down as the way Farhad the Leech Moshiri is running us, we would of already been finished.
