We have massively cut the number of high earners at the club, mina will be another +100k player off the books soon. All clubs that get relegated face the exact same challenges, I'm not saying it is easy, quick or painless - but it is also not the end of the world.

If we sell Pickford/Gordon for instance you could use that alongside the parachute payments to phase out any huge contracts. Of course if the club are reckless and gamble on success in year 1 then there might be an issue but if we are sensible about it we could level off and then our income potential takes us above the other clubs in that division - just like we can't hope to compete against the the top teams in this league.

One thing for sure if we are relegated or stay up and we need a reset it can't possibly be with the clowns running the club now.

I doubt it. The man is as delusional as he is stupid. He'll never leave unless he's forced out either by the fans/owner or by his own health. Until then he'll continue to live in his little fantasy world as mister chairman. Even If we got relegated he'd just plan to oversee promotion purely so he could take all the credit for it. When/if Moshiri goes we'll see loads of stories "leaked out" to the press slaughtering him and implying that Kenwright did his best to curb the worst of the problems but was ultimately powerless to stop them. Kenwright is poison. Utter poison.

The problem is I can't see Moshiri selling at anything other than a small loss. Right now he's on course for monumental losses. Selling merely crystalises them.

The board, on the other hand, the owner could engage an agency to sound out candidates offering the same salary as BK and DBB. We'd have a line of people from The Liver Building to Bramley Moore. Every single one would be more qualified than that useless pair we have in situ.

Just listened to the Stubbs interview on 5 Live

I've never heard that level of criticism before from a player. And the presenter also said it was the opinion of the fans too
