The Everton Board Thread

In his own inimitable Monty Burns-esque manner Moshiri may decide...the prospect of losing a large investment having concentated his mind...on both a sacking  And a scape goat.
And thus keep Lampard and sack the Board*

*It's probably easier and cheaper to find and hire decent administators than a manager.

Denise should give back most of those CEO awards, couldn’t run a bath, she’s making Elstone’s tenure look like a golden period. I was so pleased when he left but Denise has been absolutely terrible. Kenwright rightfully gets a load of abuse but she must be the worst CEO in the league. She can’t point at anything that’s got better since she took over apart from the stadium.

Let's get tough. The time for talking is over. Call it extreme if you like, but I propose we hit them hard and hit them fast with a major -- and I mean major -- leaflet campaign, and while they’re reeling from that, we'd follow up with a {whist} drive, a car boot sale, some street theatre and possibly even some benefit concerts. OK? Now, if that's not enough, I'm sorry, it's time for the T-shirts: "Mutants Out" ... "Chameleonic Life Forms, No Thanks" ... and if that's not enough, well, I don't know what will be.

In all my years on here I never claimed to me ITK, but thought you would appreciate the following info....my cousin who is friends with a current Everton employee sent me screenshots of a conversation between the two of them and it is so damming to the point that it's worst than I ever thought and I personally despise the board for their incompetence. One point made me laugh and summed up the conversation as a whole was that the Rafael employment was meant to be a 'bombshell' moment from the owners and they didn't expect it to back fire. Main views from is that we will get relegated & the board 100% haven't got a clue how to progress in any manner. One positive is that he speaks super highly of Frank, but wouldn't say if he thought he was the right man for the job.

Apologies I can't put more meat on the bone, but the board are even less incompetent than I thought from the info he shared, especially with regards to Denise's role.

And that’s on Chong.

What makes me sick is the articles they put out trying to promote her as a good CEO

Also it's so obvious they tell Lampard to name drop the chairman and ceo in past interviews too, embarrassing

She’s a yes person, way out of her depth. She performed well as head of EITC and that should be applauded, but running a club is different.

It’s vital that the person at the top of any large organisation positively affects the outcomes, whereas the evidence suggests her legacy isn’t stellar.

"Aware of the strength of feeling"...but they have to represent "all fans".

That fan advisory board are kidding themselves if they think they can be brokers between fans and the board.

In fact, they undoubtedly know that their role is to take the steam out of any opposition to the board. They are in existence for EXACTLY moments like this, to divert opposition and neuter it.

Any of the Everton protest groups who they're liasing with need to break off contact with them, not forge links with them.

Their strategy is to take protest out of the stadiums and off the streets of Walton and into a conference room where they can control it.
