The Everton Board Thread

All this is doing is laying the ground work to be able to punish us to the moon and back.
I don't think so. We've worked with the league from day 1.

There's a few possible scenarios that will come from city's investigation:

1. City win and ffp is dead in the water
2. City lose and get a slap on the wrist. Ffp is dead in the water
3. City lose and get a significant punishment. The European super League gets a massive boost and it all starts again. Ffp is dead in the water.

Kenwright will be hoping this all blows over, like numerous times in the past. He will lie low, play the ill-health card (again), lie to his press mates and hope that any feel-good factor from some wins will take the edge off the protests.

First step is to ensure he & the nodding dogs don't return to the games.

#sack the Board, support the team

I get the feeling what we have done is small fry compared to what’s been alleged here.

Besides we have been punished by the premier league signing off on all our transfers
But if we don’t make transfers, they don’t need to sign off, ergo, we avoid punishment.

The PL been out smarted by our esteemed board

So did we breach any of the premier leagues rules or was did we mitigate that with COVID ?

How many rules did we knowingly break ?

Reading City have breached over 100 so how will any punishment work and what will it look like ?

Will they have there transfer activity strictly controlled like we do going forward ?

Some more questions need to be asked but it would favour the Red scum do I’ll abstain
Best not take a look a their transfer business then eh.
I mean
Coutinho £137 mil
Solanke £22 mil
Jordan Ibe £15 mil
Just read them and tell me that nothing naughty has gone on.

Don't forget every stakeholder club in the Prem gets a vote on FFP , it's quite obvious that a lot of those clubs are OK with the rules.
To change them there'd have to be 14 against , plus I believe we actually voted for these rules.
