A failing Chairman. An under qualified or experienced CEO. Leading to a failing business and a terrible culture at the club. Changes are required.

Bill Kenwright is the central issue. He is NOT rational given on what I've been informed. Things will come out in the next few months.

It's the law mate. Up to 2 years custodial sentence etc on conviction. Needs to be taken seriously.
Plus the #AllTogetherNow NSNOW and the fans and shareholders response should be more PEACEFUL PROTESTS

Imagine the situation he is in now. He has to steer a specific course. Based on advice such as from lawyers he'll be getting.
The peaceful protests are definitely having a positive impact.
Anyone saying they aren't isn't correct.
The fact our fans are protesting actually looks good to responsible investors. They know from it how much our fans are emotionally and socially invested.
When FSG invested in the RS. They were not put off by the RS protesting.
Responsible investors will know. Our fans are intelligent. Educated and very very loyal to the Everton Football Club institution.

It definitely is a veiled threat given how ambiguous it is. Some of its origin from within Everton Football Club. The usual places therein.
Remember though. The right to criticise. To demand change. These are protected rights in law. Our rights to discuss and debate how we want Everton to be changed and how it should be ran are protected rights.
We do not have to sit here and let them ruin our football club. We can do something about it via peaceful protests
