The Everton Board Thread

You'd think for 25% of a club we'd have a whole host of offers at 105 million.

If we stay up and the stadium is finished then surely that is an easy doubling of your investment.
It might depend what you get with it though, on paper it sounds amazing. But it sounds too good to be true, if it puts a value of Everton at 420m, less the the cost of the stadium, id wonder why are they so desperate for 105
What if we dont stay up, and dont finish the stadium, thats what might put some off, its a gamble

Only so many would be happy to keep Kenwright on as chairman though.

Don't be naive to think this group are changing anything at the club. Simple £105 millions for 25% stake - Mosh gets the dough to finish BMD and the Yanks can sit on their investment and sell in 3-4 years for probably double/treble that.

I would welcome this investment, taking into account who the investors are, you would imagine that the two people they put on the board, with 25%of the shares behind them, would be both competent and empowered to make sweeping changes to the way the club is run.

Is the £105m just to buy shares and with further investment or is it just the £105m is the investment ?

Seems a little small for 25%
