Nevermind the result tonight but the fact that calvert lewin couldnt play just highlights the dreadful decision making in that boardroom. Hes had the injuries 2 seasons now. They sell richarlison and the plan was to rely on calvert lewin who then gets injured the week before the season starts. In comes maupay as the panic buy. But to not sign a striker in january is a dereliction of duty. Its put the future of the club in danger. The lowest scorers in the league whose main striker is constantly injured and they sit and do nothing.Its a disgrace.

It takes short-sightedness to new lengths. How could they not know that Lewin is so injury prone. It beggars belief and it could cost us and them dearly.
