Imagining Moshiri busily working away behind the scenes to eject Kenwright from the Boardroom sounds absolutely preposterous in my head. He owns 94% of the club, it is beyond all logical comprehension to believe that he doesn't have the ability to either elect new Board members or remove existing ones.
Even if, for whatever nonsensical reason, he is unable to do it on a whim - he's had a seven years to lay the groundwork to do so if he was at all interested. Lets not forget, he has had his own people on the Board previously in the form of Sascha Ryastansev, Sarvar Izmailov and probably Marcel Brands too. Three entirely useless individuals notwithstanding, all proof that he is able to make changes at Board level if he feels that way inclined.
And if he is blunted legally, which I find unfathomable, then apply pressure on them and publicly demand their resignations, rather than singing their praises. There are lots of avenues he can take, in the seven long years he's been in situ he hasn't shown the slightest inclination in exploring any of them.
Moshiri is completely irredeemable in my eyes, regardless if he takes out Kenwright or not. I must confess how surprised I am to see so many in this thread willing to forgive the hatchet job he has performed on this club for simply sending an old man to the care home - which he's had 2,549 opportunities to do before now (the number of days he has been majority shareholder).
