The Everton Board Thread

So are the players, owner, fans etc.

You cant get rid of every single entity of the club.

The fans need to be sensible and constructive instead of demanding something thats never happening.
If you want change then you target the main problem - Bill Kenwright.
Chasing Grant Ingles and harassing the CEO who doesn't sign the players or pick the team gets us nowhere man !

The board are all culpable and get you're rhetoric right we are not chasing or harassing or putting people in a headlock, we are peacefully protesting to get the board out. They simply are not fit for purpose.

I cant reveal too much but I assure you my friend that DBB is trying her best.

Dont fall for Kenwrights propaganda.

Mate her best isn’t good enough and I bear no I’ll will to her personally I just want her gone as I don’t think she’s done that well as a CEO look at the state of the club.

CEO and Chairman work hand in glove and both have failed totally

Compare and contrast her to Elstone and She's done a decent job.

If the club had recruited properly over the years and we were currently top 7/8 we wouldn't even be having this conversation as its solely built on frustration and anger over the clubs position in the league table and our financial position regarding FFP - both ultimately failings of the Chairman.

By attacking Moshiri, DBB, Ingles and whoever else is letting the true problem at the club slither away.

DBB does enough slithering all on her own

The directors at EFC are the second highest paid in the PL and are earning remuneration consistent with senior execs at smaller FTSE 100 companies that are an order of magnitude larger and more complex than Everton.

To say the Board of Directors at EFC is significantly under-qualified and vastly over-remunerated is a simple statement of fact by any reasonable business or football benchmark.

It is an open secret that DBB has been looking for a suitably cushy but well remunerated public sector role for quite some time but nobody with any interest is prepared to get even remotely close to her Everton pay-packet.

Fans can differ assessing what she has or has not contributed but there is simply no way to argue she was qualified for a commercial (not charity or public) CEO role when appointed or that she has provided anything remotely approaching value for money. She’s simply a lucky passenger on the Moshiri gravy train. Right face, right place, right time.

Great, informative post Tom, sadly it's totally wasted when replying to Carlin, who as you typed it was probably polishing his life size bust of Kenwrights upper body in his bedroom. He refuses to listen to any criticism of Bill, because, he must be related in some way, an utter wind up merchant or is totally thick. I personally think Phil Green had a much bigger part to play in all this, the Kirby stadium failure, goes a long way to prove this, was that the time Bill paid for his shares ? A lot of Evertonians believed at that time Green was even the shadow owner, Bill would sell his soul to have kept hold of Everton, well he sold everything else Everton owned. He is an actual curse to Everton and all Evertonians and I have the feeling this jinx will never leave us until the self promoting swine has popped his clogs.
Tell you what I find strange, but maybe I’m wrong. You read FSG Liverpool owners, the Galzers Man Utd owners. Abromovic was Chelsea owner, now it’s Todd Boley. Kroanke Arsenal owner. We know who owns city and Newcastle.

But when ever you read anything, echo , athletic, other papers online, you listen to talkSPORT. Even in the questions the Fab asked. Moshiri is always called the majority shareholder. Again this is a dig at kenwright, but it wouldn’t surprise me, if he and Prenno have told all his mates in the media to address moshiri as that. As he never wants to see or hear those three words. MOSHIRI OWNER EVERTON.

She has been a really good employee over the last decade compared to some others.
It's just a shame she has been dragged into whatever has gone on behind the scenes, at some point soon hopefully she finds a new job away from Everton, best all around that.

1. Built EITC into the amazing organisation that it is today

2. Moved us to the Liver Buildings that burnt Kopites pish

3. Helped Colin Chong with BMD

4. Record shirt sponsership deal

She's doing her best mate.

You can't attract the Nikes of the world to sponser us by the millions when you're in relegation battles thanks to years of hapless recruitment which ultimately falls on the chairman.

Exactly mate.

And every fan should use these if they ever get stick from RS.

"A really good employee"

I've heard it all now
