I think you’ll find that was because of Moyes, we were heading the same way until he came.
I can’t believe that one chairmen is being ridiculed for providing obscene amounts, and one is being defended for not spending a lot, and the funds he did provide came via loans from his friends who made obscene profits from it.
Spending aside, Kenwright lied to fans to force Everton out of Goodison, that will always be a worse act for me, than anything Moshiri ever will.

You do realise as chairman all transfers are authorised by Kenwright ?

He is running the club day to day not Morshiri and it’s the latter who put money into the club.
