Has the past year, 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, 25 years, seen Everton FC live up to its motto NSNO and have we given our fans "good times"? Do we operate at the level of the tumour 6? Do we play in Europe? Are we a football club that is the envy of many others, is our board a board that other clubs go to for inspiration?
