The Everton Board Thread

You can't blame anyone for being sceptical. It does give us some encouragement though that the penny has definitely dropped with Moshiri that there absolutely has to be changes as soon as possible. This was probably put out as reminder that they are on the horizon rather than being imminent. Wish he's just get on with it though.
We'd be in a better place with no board for a few months than the one we've got. At least that way the wounds would start to heal.

For me it’s not just the board that needs changing, it’s the entire culture. People have placated the board for years, some happy to go along with it. There is probably people on this forum guilty of that .

I get it, anything outspoken could see the likelihood of a income jeopardised if you are employed by the club. Having said that I won’t be excited for any investment unless it’s means real change, not just those four on the board. I don’t trust the process unless there is proper change.

No ringing fans up at 1am asking to remove tweets, no settling for mediocrity, no silence when things are not going well, complete change, otherwise it’s just going to be another long drawn out road to the same dour outcomes.

If this is true i hope the board are sacked before the end of the season. It could be the thing that unifies the fanbase and restores belief.
Was thinking the same. Even if there was just an announcement that Bill and co will be leaving at the end of the season with new people taking over would give people a massive boost and improve the energy, atmosphere and unity around the club ten fold which is what is vitally needed now to help keep us up. This is Everton though who notoriously wait until serious damage has been inflicted before making changes. They were 3 months late sacking Lampard and lets not even mention the waiter.

Seriously, I'd just settle for his ugly mug photo to be removed from outside the Main Stand. Without fuss, ceremony or publicity. Just not there and gone for good by the next home game. Please let it happen.
I think i counted 9 images on the timeline which covered the mid eighties teams trophies and thirteen images which start with kenwrights grid. Not a trophy in sight. Says it all really.

If it’s gonna happen, it needs to happen now, before the Newcastle match.

Mosh can’t wait until the end of the season or we could be finished - get it sorted now while we’re still have survival in our hands (sort of!) and let us All focus on the on the pitch stuff till we’re safe, instead of the feckin circus we’ve had all season.

Imagine Goodison against the horse punchers if that board of directors and chairman have been volleyed out of the club.
