Koeman is relative safe is day, even if not 'successful' he's done a good job.

Dutch managers tend to 'get' English league football.

I agree you have to get experience at some point, I just think we need, at present, a safe bet.

Don't think Stam and Bergkamp would be coming too mate from the sound of it.
