1.More concerned with their unimpressive performance at Roma , than their conservationist abilities. (They have taken Roma to the 6th ranked club in Europe )
2.People are too in awe of their wealth and perceived glamour to examine their lacklustre performance at Roma ( after a promising beginning) . (A bit strange that you are concerned that will have wealthy owners)
3.Roma fans are not particularly happy with them at the moment .( Only because the CEO ruthlessly sacked a club legend who was underperforming - we've been complaining about sentimentality taking precedence over results at Everton)
4. They are distant and uncommunicative.( Who cares. I don't want to hear from owners , this is an entirely new phenomenon)
5.Appoint the wrong people for the wrong reasons. ( Mourinho won them a trophy. DeRossi was a poor appointment. Is there a football club owner that has never made a mistake in appointing a manager? The CEO was empowered and apparently did a great job. As for the DoF I can only rely upon our Roma fan who I think says he was well qualified but didn't understand Italian football)
6.Seem to confuse football with show business .( Genuinely don't understand this point )
7.Do not display a deep understanding of football and how to run a club.( Yes that's why they appoint experts and let them get on with it
8. But they are solid on the financial side.( The most important thing for Everton right now)
9. People have to earn my respect , just because a wealthy person made a one good investment isn’t enough. ( Fair enough but I think they have done very well in business, not just one investment)
10. They are rich kids who dabble in things that interest them movies , car dealerships, conservation , antique killing machines etc etc( Their "dabblings" seem to have been successful).
11.Do you what concerns me , the 777 gangsters had a greater breadth of football knowledge and experience in their organisation than these seem to .( The fact that crooks have a greater understanding of football is surely irrelevant)
12.Let’s see how how they perform with us before we decide whether they are good for Everton .
Or have we learned nothing .
The weird thing is the unquestioning adulation of them at moment , acting like lickspittles .
I’ll keep my cynicism for a while.
I’ve learned to trust it over the years.( Except for the "unquestioning adulation and acting like lickspittles" , I agree)
In my initial reply to your post I said that I agreed with much of what you said.
On reflection I don't , although I do understand the underlying concern which you have.
So, I've annotated and replied - in brackets - to each of the points that you've made.

I think there is genuine hope for the future - not unadulterated hope mind you - hope that we didn't have before yesterday.

However we are of course all entitled to our opinions ( well apart from Damon of course who simply parrots what the Esk tells him 😂)

Watch out for hope , it sidles up close with sweet words and promises then kicks you in the cajones and legs off with your wallet.
By all means have a chat with it , but keep your hands covering your nether regions and your wallet while you’re doing it .
After all , Everton innit.!!!
Or have we learned nothing.?

I'm not not sure I can come up with a reply to that one - chapeau.

Actually reminds me of one of the greatest lines from a pop song .

The squad bit at the end is a crisis disguised as financial gain to be honest, it's not a good thing at all - you can say "only 12 players so low wages", but the reality in football terms is closer to "only 12 players, we'll need about 10 more* to compete".

* 10 more of various degrees of experience, etc., as in some will be youngsters/subs, we DEFINITELY need first team players in several positions regardless, so it's not all black and white like that.

I have a degree in economics and even I despise the financialisation of football fan culture. Ordinary fans talking like brokers rather than about Michael Olise's performance at the weekend or Pep Guardiola's anger management issues. It's a plague on the sport.
I love it tbh. Fellas saying what Friedkin should be doing. The change in structures, systems, personnel....
It's fascinating.

It's give you a base to work off. Some of the expired contracts will extend further. And with a youngster or two coming and a few signings. It's shouldn't cause much of an issue really.

Oh yeah I get that, but just am not ultra optimistic on finding all those players we will 100% need and them being on low wages/fees. Maybe some tricks will be pulled, maybe some clever director/manager/scouting finds, sure, but I don't think we'll end up saving from that, and I don't think we should expect to - we need more than a "hopefully 17th" season at BMD, so some investment is necessary in that department.

This is guesswork anyway, obviously, but it's definitely better/more optimistic as an overall outlook than it currently is!
