I'm ten chapters in on Sam Allardyces' autobiography. Finding it more interesting than I expected.

I think it was @bluebrotha77 who recommended this ?
Fantastic book, very easy to read and doesn’t get bogged down in pointless facts, tells it how it was from the many sides of all involved.
Always satisfying to hop into bed with.

Just finished this, very well written and researched investigation, into the life of Sutcliffe, his family and his friends.
The author must’ve spent hours and hours with his family, as most of the information comes from them.
Doesn’t try to judge or analyse Sutcliffe and invites you to draw you’re own conclusions.
They got the wrong man Neil, I think it was Colonel Mustard that did it.Did he do it mate?
Pity they didn't have that fancy armour on the steering mechinism, that and the ongoing damage from the various persuers caused them to pull the plug![]()
good little book this.a very short read but enjoyable.it reads like a story.basically the flagship of the german navy sank the flagship of the british navy "the hood" and then the pursuit is on to sink the bismarck.it was only years after it that the british found out they didn't actually sink her because the germans scuttled her.the british torpedoes were only bouncing off the new german armour on the bismarck.
