I left at 2-0 didnt have faith in them. Both buzzing and gutted when i heard the result on the radio, would have loved to have been there in the end...

I remember this game well. What a roller coaster. My memory of the day will be looking to me left and seeing people in the trees watching the match as the park end was being built at the time.

Remember that so so well (too well gulp)
I still find it strange to see Southall & Snodin in premier league squads, as they were a bridge to our 80s team and somehow don't suit the premier league era. Wierd. Watson was at the end of that champion squad too wasnt he. and then people like Unsworth were so much part of the mediocre 90s, though decent players. So strange seeing that team sheet and only 2 subs!

Watched the majority at top of gwaldys street stairs as was too nervous to sit in my own seat. Was right behind the Horne goal, soon as his it left his foot it was in. Day to live long in my mind for the wrong reasons

i was locked out and couldn't get a space in the trees, too many lads already up there. Hung around long enough to know we were losing before heading back home. Couldn't bear to listen to it so I didn't check the result until about half an hour after it finished. Such a massive feeling of relief. On a side note, Tyler's commentary strikes me as very salty in hindsight. I always used to think he was fair and impartial in those days but now I think I gave him too much credit.
