Going off the idea that a 25 man squad (who will actually have a chance of playing minutes) is the right size at the start of a season, this is probably who I would keep before any incomings. Players in bold are first out should we sign someone in a similar position;

Should be looking to sign a left back, centre back, midfielder (maybe 2) and a wide forward to replace the players in bold.

You`ve overlooked Keane and Schneiderfraud from your " to punt list " mate.

Also can you take the Prince of the list too.

It wasn't easy making that list, the few I was 50/50 on were;

Sandro/Niasse - Sandro is younger and probably better than Niasse when he's arsed.
Jags/Mori - Mori will bring in a fee so better off keeping Jags.
Klaassen/Schneiderlin - Can see Snides playing very well under Silva if he's arsed aswell.

Again tough decisions, but none of them will be first choice if we sign the right players so would be happy with one or the other really.

Niasse is always arsed so he gets a yes from me.It'll be interesting that having time together at Hull if Silva still rates him.

Niasse would be happy with a bench spot so would probably make more sense, I just think Sandro could be brilliant in a couple of positions given the right management.
 

We also have no idea what these players are capable of, only that they are not great at a hoofball game. Could be with a bit of freedom, or coached in a certain way they could gel in way's we never expected.
