How is everyone getting on with their training?

Bench 105kg
Squat 170kg
Deadlift 180kg

Started back boxing & recently taken up wall climbing too.

Weights arent amazing, but I’m progressing. Hoping to hit 200kg+ squat and deadlift before June.

Nice work, mate. I used to be able to lift similar. I’ve been back for 4 weeks after nearly 3 years out, so it’ll take some time.

Took the day off work so I’m doing a big shoulder session today whilst it’s quiet. Although I must admit, a busy gym motivates me more.

Hate a busy gym, me. Much prefer an empty one where I can put my own music on and take topless selfies in the mirror.

I keep myself to myself in the gym, but I’ll be totally honest here. I think it’s partially (mostly) the presence of good looking women which helps me do my best. It annoys me a little, but I can’t help it.
