Bought some USN stuff in Costco earlier thinking it was protein powder. Turns out it’s full of carbs and is more of a mass gainer.

Oh well, this should be fun at least.

What is it with old blokes in gym changing rooms determined to be completely naked for as long as possible?

I'm sure they've got some horrible secret lemon party competition going on.
Haha, I admire their confidence but ffs put it away. There was one at mine who would stroll straight up to ya and strike up a conversation with his todger out, hands on hips, normally with a towel over his shoulder, just wrap it round ya danger!

There was 3 or 4 of them in there yesterday seemingly doing laps of the locker area, with one sat down facing everyone with his knob out lol

I’ve been meaning to ask the young lads cleaning how many penises they see a week on average, but I don’t want to get my membership revoked.

I had a couple weeks off it and it’s unreal the set back.

Think I’ve asked you before but what’s your back/pull day? Still struggling with a good pull routine that balances - especially something that incorporates lower back cause mine is embarrassingly weak
 

Having a crisis of confidence at the moment. I go to the gym every lunch and do an hours workout, but because I work remotely my lack of mobility throughout the day just makes me put muscle on but not lose fat. Hit 90kg the middle of last year and I just feel like a unit with barely any abs to speak of

Cut carbs, increase protein, and do three sessions of cardio a week minimum. Bike rides, running or swimming. Get some distance in. Also, sugary drinks are the enemy, just like alcoholic drinks are. It sucks being boring.
