I don't get the blame deflecting to the players time and time again. We have brought in players, consistently, in the summers year in and year out since Moshiri arrived. How are 40+ players from, hopefully now, 7 different managers ALWAYS the issue? Could it not be that the managers are crap at organizing and getting the best out of their players?
Carlo was the best manager we've had since Moyes, ability wise, and he was generally disinterested in training them at just about everything. Benitez was a dinosaur of a manager who invited pressure but then abandoned the defensive structure Carlo had in place. Koeman was just a massive bell who never cared to come here to begin with. Silva was in massively over his head. Fat Sam did what he was asked to do. But it's the 40+ players that are the problem EVERY single time?
