To be honest, if Eric Dier is our first signing of this transfer window, I'd be puzzled, a bit excited about the promise he has, but overall massively disappointed.

Just googled the lad he is 16, so you know if we are gonna get option to buy on him?
 
he's only 16 year sold apaprently - although a fairly hot property by all accounts (english as well!)

There is a scout report from April on the Sky sports website about him - sadly i don't have neough posts to put the link on
