Books have been available outside of libraries for a while mate, solid advice otherwise.

Read an article couple of weeks ago actually about a body which had been found behind the library in toxteth…. All the fingers and toes had been removed… the skin had been peeled back of the face and most of the bones in the body had been smashed to bits… the locals were left in a state of shock. They had no idea there was a library in toxteth !!!
