I dont see it myself mate, he hasn't been spectacular any where.
Took Brighton from relegation candidates to top 10. I believe they were top 6 when he left for Chelsea (could be wrong on that). Did very well at Ostersunds (IIRC he took them up a few leagues and even as far as the Europa League), albeit only the Swedish league

Not spectacular but good work in both jobs.

It was also against Leicester. They got reamed by one of the worst teams in the league!
With West Ham being a team that should aim for top half, that is really worrysome. They have opponents now where they must win points.

That game vs us was one of the worst I've seen in recent years from both sides. One team to play for a draw is bad, but 2 is even worse.

He's that type of manager than can do well with a few seasons with patient owners that have a clear vision that both clubs have. But 100% I'd have someone liek Terzic or Conceicao over him, even Corberan.

@Littlesue maybe a little update from recent games, you probably overperformed at the start of the season, but a lot of draws recently and few goals scored.
Almost could be a Dyche record

1 win in 10, he should mention it in every interview and get a few of his players to mention it as well

Whereas you'd prefer..........Davy Moyes?

Sergio's record is as good as any manager we have a chance of attracting.

Would he be a good fit ? Absolutely no idea but honestly we need to the try something different, a clean sweep is needed.
Just the latest manager to fluff their record in Portugal. He’s a poor man’s Villas-Boas.

Moyes has a recent record of overperformance in the Premier League and knows how to build a team.
