Carrick would be interesting. Boro play some great stuff. Doesn’t always work but when on song they look the best team in the championship.

Haven't seen him manage tbf. Though, I'd be a little reluctant as he is very raw. Just my opinion thoughCarrick would be interesting. Boro play some great stuff. Doesn’t always work but when on song they look the best team in the championship.

Well, going off today's reports about the new owners not wanting to go knees deep into the market at first, that's a good start. But again, not seen his style and again, he's raw and jumping straight into the premSeems to find and develop young players on a tight budget.
People need to get over this tbh, some of the best managers and players the league has seen came into it with zero PL experience. We has a club and fanbase have a major hang up with it for some reason and its never really worked much for us in the past.Well, going off today's reports about the new owners not wanting to go knees deep into the market at first, that's a good start. Well, yeh that's quite true. A lot of people (including me) are asking for someone from abroad or not British. It's the same with players I guess, we need to gamble. But in some respect, I get it when people feel reluctant or some sort hesitation because of the sheer state we have been ru in the last 10 years. Depending on what the role is (Player or staff) there will be specific criteria for that role, all that matters is that the individuals profile/skillset fits those criteria rather than what league/country they are from imo. You have to gamble in football these days, especially with recruitment, high risk, high rewards but there is obviously a darker side to it.Well, yeh that's quite true. Would be one who if doing well here and the Man U job became available would jump ship so a no from me.Carrick would be interesting. Boro play some great stuff. Doesn’t always work but when on song they look the best team in the championship.
In all seriousness, would you take Carrick on until the end if the season, or perhaps a 2-3 year deal?Depending on what the role is (Player or staff) there will be specific criteria for that role, all that matters is that the individuals profile/skillset fits those criteria rather than what league/country they are from imo. The only issue with that is football is littered with managers who have played good stuff AND been successful, he’s not done a bad job by any means, but the Ipswich manager come from a league under them, with less financial resource, overtook them and got promoted.Carrick would be interesting. That’s like saying you wouldn’t bang Margot Robbie if you had the chance just because she’d run off with a Brad Pitt down the line (not that he’s Margot if you get what I mean)Would be one who if doing well here and the Man U job became available would jump ship so a no from me.
Oh I like him and id offer him a chance of a proper deal and a go at building something, I'm not sure he would go running off to Man U if that came up, they are always going to look for the big name imo.In all seriousness, would you take Carrick on until the end if the season, or perhaps a 2-3 year deal?
You have more faith than me, and fair play. Liked him as a player, and always came across as a pretty decent bloke. But again, I know nothing of him as a managerOh I like him and id offer him a chance of a proper deal and a go at building something, I'm not sure he would go running off to Man U if that came up, they are always going to look for the big name imo.
I don’t get this either, look at the top 2 teams in the league.
