He joined West Brom when we were bottom and in a financial state with a bent chairman.

Ah yeah I get that point, he did the same with Huddersfield didn't he?

You must be gutted tho, but cannot blame someone going to a club he's loved all his life. Good opportunity for him, I think more possibilities than in Southampton.

Is he someone that plays with a lot of young players? Because Valencia always had a good academy and have to use a lot of young players due to financial reasons.

Baraja is a bit like Dyche at football, he's a big legend for Valencia, but he plays defensive football, and his teams always struggled scoring.

I hope, he will do well, because it would hurt to see Valencia going down, as it's one of the biggest clubs here.

They won't do anything unless they have to between now and the end of the season and I'd assume at this point if there any any plans for January they're on the basis that Dyche will be here.

It's a conundrum for them as the type of candidate available now and the sort that would be in the summer and tempted by a near clean-slate job in a new stadium, will likely be very different.

Results will dictate, of course. Interesting rumour about Silva. They say you shouldn't go back, and I think that generally holds true. I don't think you could draw parallels with Moyes returning, as the circumstances would be different.

It's just a question now of Dyche doing enough to maintain a reasonable level of distance between us and the drop zone. If at any point there is a losing streak and/or we get drawn in more than we are currently, then he will go whenever that point is reached. He has no future here but at this stage I do hope that TFGs hand is not forced.

Valencia at one point were amazing to watch, round the time they had Mendietta, Baraja, Lopes, Aimar, Angulo, Canizares, Gerard, Albelda, Kily Gonzales.

Some great players and boss playing them on FIFA 😂

Jep, they were really good under Rafael back then, one of the best team in Europe, he did fantastic work with them.

Peter Lim was basically their Moshiri, who wanted to make a good club to make permanent top squad in the country and kept overspending for years and then players didn't work as expected.

Now that Corberan is out of the loop, can the Mods add Christophe Galtier in his place? Great history of taking cack and getting it into Europe, also working with kids! Still want Conceicao like, but Galtier would be a good second choice!

He would have been 100 percent on the list, if he was a free agent. Doesn't speak English I believe tho. That's my only issue, but Emery did little when he came Arsenal for example. I always think that the language is essential in the daily work.

The fact that my list would look differently now with the takeover and the mangers available now shows how quick this business is just after 4 months.

It’s a different beast now. A new man coming in now with money to spend.
Hopefully the end of the required crisis management.
I’m guessing the change will come at the end of the season.

For me the biggest dilemma is if we retain dyche it affects the recruitment for January obviously we're not splurging but im assuming a couple players at least , and since he will be inevitably gone at some point why would you get his type of player? At the same time if you bring in players for the future will he play them?

While you are at it get Mancini and Sarri in there too.
