"Hes only been here one full season" and im making stuff up to suit... ffs.

My point is one season battling relegation and you're just having a bad season. Were now onto our 4th season battling relegation and hes been in charge for 3 of them and were now relegation fodder. Lets not forget that this ginger idiot has talked us into a relegation battle from day one btw. All because thats all he can do and it suits him to shift the perspective off him and onto the club. Hes been here 2 years and hes still blaming stuff on the state of the club before he got here.

Its the PL and if you're not moving forward your going backwards. Look at the teams that were around us last season and look at where they are now. Alot of them have massively kicked on and weve had the easiest start to the PL out of all of the teams so far.

I dont like dyche ive no bones about saying so. Ive wanted him gone since we beat Bournemouth to stay up because i could see what was going to happen with him in charge, he was going to turn us into Burnley because thats all hes capable of and thats exactly what he's done. Picks his favourites over better players, no tactics, no patterns of play, terrble in game management, scared of every team we play against, no plan b, hell no plan a if were being honest, players hate working under him and no progression of the youth.

Hand on my heart id rather have Benitez over dyche and i think Benitez is toilet water. At least he had excuses like he had no strikers and his best cbs leg had fallen off.

The only nonsense being talked here is by any fool still dumb enough to be backing this fraud.

alternative view is:

Season one - kept us up in season where he took over half way through after the January window where sold our only young talented forward and bought no one.

Season two - would have finished midtable / but kept us up despite a season where we were hit with two points deductions mid season

Season three - bad start agree, but I don’t feel we are in a relegation battle, we have nearly twice the points as the 3rd from bottom. We will easily stay up with this squad and manager, but it’s going to far off vintage.

Dyche is on borrowed time… and won’t be manager next season. My thoughts are that we need to stick and ride it out. Time will say he did a decent job during a difficult time at the club, working with negative net spending and lowering the salary of the squad. It’s been crisis management during a time of deinvestment , absent ownership, points deduction.
We are hopefully at the end of this period

Imagine claiming we were in a relegation battle last season BECAUSE of Dyche 😂

You see, this is were I feel sorry for ALL of our fans, and Dyche...

Last season, everybody just hoped for a stress free season. A season were we weren't biting nails come the 1st of May, or even the first of April. Dyche delivered that, but the rats at the PL made decisions that meant we all went through the stress and turmoil regardless. The upshot of that is, we have a bad start to the season, and it just feels like it's been none stop crisis for a year, and I understand why some fans feel on the verge, it's been really tough being an Everton fan for the past year (and beyond) and people have been under a lot of strain, for the third consecutive season (now becoming a 4th). I feel we need a bit of perspective at times, and to remember that it's not all Dyche's fault.

has the football/results improved since Dyche has been here?

How come teams like Forest who were in the same position as us have improved in every way were we haven't?

At what point is it Dyches fault?

every team in the league and i mean every team always outplays us home and away, there is a reason for that, Dyche and his tactics he will never change this is all you are getting with him.

Burnley fans will tell you when he was given money he spent it on old players.

That wood fella at forest was rubbish for Burnley under Dyche, look at him now under a football manager.

92% of fans and growing, have had enough of the rubbish he talks week in week out, we have had enough of going the game with no optimism at all.

He is killing the soul out of this club, he has killed the atmosphere on match days, as its like a library at Goodison now, yes the club has been a mess for years but Dyche is doing his best to keep it down there, because since he has been here their has been NO PROGRESS AT ALL.
where Forest are a completely different team under their guy

Isn't that his job to make us better?

He was hero worshiped at Burnley (rightly so for what he did with them) but I find it quite telling that many of them say they wouldn't take him back now as they think the game has moved on and he hasn't.

Forest have better players. That lad Murillo is potential world class for a start. And they have a number 9 who actually takes the chances he should.

I think we've remained at about the same level myself. I think we will finish mid table again. Even standing still in the transfer market can see you massively regress in this league. We've still got a negative net spend.

Or...

Season one: nearly took us down when it was easier to keep us up because he insisted on playing his favourites.

Season two: had a period of seven games without a win and fourteen games without a win and should of been sack during it and if we didn't have the points deduction probably would of ended up on the same points anyway.

Season three:

Won seven games in a year, won two games in ten, four points off relegation spot, looking worse then ever and thats saying something that we've somehow managed to go backwards. Going to get himself sacked because AGAIN hes playing his favourites over our best players. Either his ego wont let him play our best players or hes too incompetent to see that he needs to play them. Either way he needs lashing as hes absolutely useless.

I use no hyperbole when I say I honestly believe that a duck picking names out of a hat would do a better job as our manager.

after the next 8 games let's revisit this and tell me then we will finish mid table

From reading this I certainly shared 90% of your opinions but as each game passes I’m less onboard . To paraphrase the manager , ‘the noise ‘ coming from his direction just adds to the issues with results , performances , football and decision making.

I was onboard with the idea he’d be here till the end of the season and like you I think he deserves credit for managing this club during some chaotic times but he’s now displaying more than a touch of the Allardyce and it’s tough to feel too supportive.

What a load of garbage. Completely ignoring that Forest finished 17th last season with practically the same players.

Difference is that this season they have manager that is coaching/improving his players, currently getting more out of them then he should and that reflects in the league table. That’s our dinosaur of a manager’s job and he isn’t doing it well at all.
