….given the state of this squad, surely we need to recruit a Manager and DoF with a record of BUILDING a successful team, not just turning around the fortunes of a vastly expensive group of footballers.

There has to be a list of criteria (tick box) for both our next Manager and our next DoF.
I agree eggs. A clean sweep with a ginormus brush.

Probably not achievable but a double ticket of Ragnick and Turzic would make me happy and give me hope for the future.

Report today saying Dan Friedlin wanted a foreign manager at Roma while Ryan wants someone who can hit the ground running, an Italian.

So I would imagine it depends on who is the decision maker of the 2 with us
The requirements for Italian football are not the same as for English football Zat, I wouldn't just assume everything will be a carbon copy of Roma as I don't think it will be imo. It's not a good sign if they do decide to do that imo.

I'm just not sure I see them paying Dyche off when his contract is up anyway, its added PSR issues the club doesn't need tbh.
What is the loyalty bonus in Dyche contract, in most modern football contracts there is a loyalty bonus of x million for seeing the end of the contract.

There is a tipping point where sacking him becomes the same as keeping him but moving up just 3 or 4 places will earn the club 8-10m more, Dyche won`t get above 16th this season, if he stays in charge it will be another last game escape, hopefully we don`t find that out.

I see us around 14th-16th atm unless one of Broja or Chermiti suddenly start scoring a hatful then we might be able to push a little further up.

Foreign manager at Roma = Yes, hit the ground running = Yes on the graaaaasssss. Only one man fits that criteria….arrivederci Dychio

Exactly. Along with, I hope, some sort of assessment of the club as a whole. Where are we now? Where do we want to be? How do we get there?

He is very good at what he does but he is your typical ranting and raving Italian and I could imagine him being a nightmare. He had fallen out with a lot of people at Brighton by the end.

Yeah i was only joking mate. I still think he's an ok manager but you can see Brighton slowly recovering post de zerbi now.

Hurzeler doesn't only for me be a much better manager, but also a much better human being.

Always liked Ranieri he's one of the greatest guy in management.
