Would definitely have him! May not be a popular choice but I think he would do well here.
I think there would be a split between the anti-‘jobs for the boys, not experienced enough’ Brigade & the ‘young talented manager who gets us & would be loyal’ group.

then it comes down to how he plays and results (obviously)

Get David Moyes as director of football and I think many would be on board.

He'd be popular with me. Especially with his old gaffer, Moysie, as a steadying influence. The dream ticket as far as I'm concerned.

Chang as shirt sponsors too!

I think that those against Moyes may well accept it if he is some form of "overseer" position, Im not sure I would have wanted him back as Manager again but as far as a steadying influence for Carsley it could well work. Love Carsley's style of football, much more progressive and he favours youth too. We need a steady but young and forward thinking set up for me, so maybe utilise Thelwell still in his capacity, as in general, Thelwell has made some(not all!) positive moves for us.

Do love the Chang elephant to be fair lol!

To be honest anything is gonna be a gamble given where we are!

We need to go away from
This ex players jobs for the boys, if he had no Everton connection, he wouldn’t be getting mentioned, would you take Southgate who got England to
2 finals
I really hope we don't do the ex blue thing like Moyes, there seems to be such a split down the fanbase with it and I don't think it would be the best start for TFG.

I agree, problem is if they want to sack dyche and can’t get there’s first or second long term choice and want to get a stop gap like at Roma, then it could possibly be Moyes, he’d no doubt want 18 months to 2 and half years. Not the best way to start at BMD. I want dyche gone asap, but I wouldn’t want Moyes as a stop gap

I realise the job for the boys and I would be reluctant to have Moyes all in as part of the package but Carsley has done very well and is respected. I wouldn't take Southgate as his defensive mindset drives me insane when watching his England teams, we should have 2 Championships(England) under our belt but he blew it twice!

We do, I agree need to move on from old boys mentality but, this one for me isnt done out of sentiment.

Otherwise, we ending going all in on a Marquee management appointment(look at Roma) and dont progress at all as we have to start again, AGAIN!

Agree, definitely not as a Manager!

I just don’t think Moyes would be a wise appointment. Think he’s a decent manager still but he won’t get the buy in from the fan base, especially with possibly raised expectations from the takeover.
