We shall see. Genuinely can’t see them losing to either. Vegas has the Chiefs as outright favourites for the Super Bowl.
That's because the public loves KC.

No one wants to see Tennessee in the Super Bowl. Lotta value taking them getting over a TD Sunday, and great value in the moneyline. KC is soft and can't stop the run

They're going to have 450+ yards. Tennessee only stays in the game if they force KC to kick FGs like in the regular season game. Otherwise the Chiefs get an easy 40 and win.

This is why I'm betting the Titans. The public isn't giving Tennessee a shot in this game. KC is explosive, yes, but Tennessee is also on fire, has a beast RB, and KC has a history of choking these games away.

The Ravens had no problem throwing the ball against Tennessee. They only struggled converting it to points. The Titans play zone all the time, not just garbage time, so they figure to play Sunday in a similar manner. If Lamar (this is not a shot at him) can throw all over you, Mahomes is going to light it up.

So they have a chance but unless they do something completely different the chance is holding KC to FGs and scoring TDs themselves. Which is what happened the first time these teams played.

You might be right, but the reason I will not be betting the Titans is it easily could be one where you're sitting there at halftime wondering what you were thinking as Mahomes already has 4 TDs.

Agree with you. Titans have outsmarted teams and used what they have really well.

That and the Kansas defense is one of the worst stopping the run.

It will be a closer game than most think.

Zone although I am not a fan has its upsides if you play the right defensive packages. It worked well against the patriots and Ravens for them.

They effectively stopped Jackson from attempting to run. The Ravens have one more games because just like Wilson, Jackson not only has an arm but he has a quick thinking mind and great elusive speed.

Jackson was left throwing the ball and he and his WR had a bad day.

They still got inside the Titans 40 on 8 drives. Only allowing 12 points was a minor miracle from Tennessee.

The first game between the Chiefs and Titans KC punted once and turned it over once. Every other drive ended in a touchdown or FG attempt. The Chiefs lost because too many were FGs and 2 got missed.

Dean Pees was the Ravens DC for a long time and I saw a lot of him. His defense hasn't changed in Tennessee. They aren't built to stop teams from moving down field. It's the ultimate bend but don't break. KC punches drives in and this could get out of hand. If they kick the Titans are in it. If they do what the Ravens did they'll cruise again.

Mahomes also has an "it" factor like Wilson. He certainly has the tools to get into that conversation.

Mahomes has a way to go, including winning a super bowl and getting to another only to have it ripped from you on a bad play call from the 1, to be in that conversation. But yes, he could get there.

For the last 3 years or so Seattle has been a one man team. Wilson is incredible when down in games and it's just "Russell do something to save us" street ball - Their defense is a far cry from their heyday.
Wouldn't it be better if he won 2 super bowls?

The history doesn’t really involve Mahomes though. You still haven’t explained what happens if the Chiefs go 14-0 up in the first half and what the Titans O strategy is then.

2 4th down failures with inches to go was very fortunate for the Titans. Convert both (maybe even only one) of those and the Ravens likely win.

Right but they still lost. The Titans frustrated them where it counted and then gashed them with their run game. Look at Mahomes stats that game and they still lost. I was making the point really that if Titans can again gash them on the ground and slow them down they are in with a shot. closer than the analysts think. It won't be a blowout.

Look not arguing with you. I think chiefs won't lose the 2nd time around. I just think the Titans have learned a few things and have done well holding teams or forcing them into frustrating mistakes. Chiefs cannot stop the run simple as that. If Titans like i said above gash them they will stay in the game.

The continue to pound the football.

And they have a vertical passing game.

What can't happen is Henry gets hurt. Then they are done

Only chance Titans have of winning is with a high time of possession. So even if down early that need to eat clock, continue to run. This team also has a belief factor and won't throw in the towel early. These are things I like to bet on generally.

I generally don't like to lay a lot of points with teams who can't stop the run. Just as a general rule.
