Loved these, but after a couple of weeks, I’d end up just doing the first division as I cba with the rest!…I was never into comics or superhero’s, it was only footy and Shoot magazine for me;

No only ever went to the SHE club one cabaret club - a certain Vince Earl & the attractions were on - the singer later to become an actor Ron Dixon on Brookside - the band were very poor he was the main singer - it was my late sister's wedding anniversary ... I was 3 years younger, it was rather dull IMO -Few of you must of visited Pickwicks
Seem to remember that many of these had their own advert on telly, usually with a catchy jingle or song to keep us interested ...

I still remember the lovely mix of scents in Woolworths - especially the sweets….lovely memories, Sue, thanks for sharing. i remember those shops had a warm & distinctive smell.
