Seconds for me every day, only one I hated was dates in Semolina, loved Semolina but dates! Ugh!, I used to wrap them up in my hankie and dispose of them in school playground….not for me, Sue, even as a kid but I remember some of those very well. Yuk.

Think you can still get it and the green. Vanilla custard, hot, cold, thick or thin, is my fave food. When I was a Waitress, at the end of the shift, the Chef would always let me finish off the custard in his Bay Marie, that dried skin round the side would send me into thrills of extacy.….is pink custard still a thing these days?

Could have done because another pet hate was grated raw carrot they used to put on Salad, needed my Dad's hankie on that day to scoop all that upDid the school think it was infested with giant rabbits?
