Anyone remember "Danger Man" starring Patrick McGoohan?

That's where allegedly the story of the Prisoner came from as Patrick McGoohan was stuck in a long contract unable to leave the show - Roger Moore was in the same boat in The Saint - hence his late arrival as James Bond..... - they both signed up for years in each show Danger Man & The Saint ...... Mcgoohan in particular felt he had been tricked, & felt like a prisoner to the show, signing a blind contract !

Ooh is that on Freeview?, watched the Prisoner as a child and remember that white ball used to scare me to death and would hide behind the Sofa when ever it appeared have watched it afew times as an adult and never understood it

Just watched a wonderful film with a young William Hartnell, the 1st DR Who & James Laurie of Dads Army Fame - called The Agitator a great outlook to socialism .....

Best place - they have old Jerry Lewis films on there too - the hotel - the Bellboy - he is asked to put the luggage out of the boot & its a VW & he delivers the engine to the room

One of my favourites as a kid! Gang of prisoners, each with “special” skills who got sent on wartime missions!

I go after watching the Footage detectives - through the week of programmes on TTP & I have seen some great old movies made in the UK m- if they are boring I just delete them - but there are some great thrillers & comedies there each week

Loved that show - a great Introp.us the twisted little finger & the glow when they were killed - ahead of its time in its era .

I remember that orange wrapping that was exclusive to Lucozade and I only got it when in bed with some illness - usually just a cold although i remember chicken pox was pretty nasty.

I can vaguely remember getting Chicken Pox, the itching and trying not to scratch the top off the spots!
