I go after watching the Footage detectives - through the week of programmes on TTP & I have seen some great old movies made in the UK m- if they are boring I just delete them - but there are some great thrillers & comedies there each week

Ooh is that on Freeview?, watched the Prisoner as a child and remember that white ball used to scare me to death and would hide behind the Sofa when ever it appeared have watched it afew times as an adult and never understood it

Ha yeah...."John Drake"....bit less skittish than "The Saint". Another one made here was "The Man from Interpol" by the Danziger brothers.... very brash as though it was made with an eye to The States dollar. I remember my older brother saying later yeah British Interpol Agent, based at The Yard, cream trench coat - collar up, snazzy music.Then they go and call him Anthony Smith !!

Danger Man was re shown because of the success of the James Bond film Dr No,which it's alleged McGoohan turned down.

Pretty well universal in Liverpool, Ireland and Scotland, certainly back in the 50’s….
