If TFG are adamant that they want Moyes and Moyes is equally adamant that he wants a lengthy deal of ( say 2.5 years ) give it to him but with break clauses on 6 and 18 months exercisable by the club if he hasn't hit agreed KPIs - say avoiding relegation in 6 months and top 10 on 18 months.

This gives everyone what they want.

You think Moyes would sign that?? Why would he need to he is in the stronger seat of negotiation. We need a manager and one that’s willing to take on the risk of relegation with a squad that’s starved of investment:l.
