It's a boring argument devoid of any context. I already said I was very grateful for that night. Doesn't hide the fact that the league form was shocking the last couple of years and spiralling downward.

Enjoy Moyseball ;)

He had you finish 6th,7th,14th and 9th whilst winning the Conference league as well as quarter final and semi final of Europa league.

He's also got the highest win percentage of any West Ham manager.

Why are you pretending that is beneath West Ham?

In relation to Moyes ball..have you not seen our last manager was Dyche and prior to that Lampard as well as Benitez?

Shat on us from a very great height:

"If I'd been Everton manager and Sir Alex had come asking for Leighton Baines and Marouane Fellaini, I'd have found it very difficult to keep them because I always felt the right thing to do was what was right for the players," he said.

"I know exactly how Everton work. I think I've signed every player at Everton. I know exactly how they work," he said. Moyes was unaware of the former Everton goalkeeper Neville Southall's claim that the Scot was "despicable" regarding the bid.

🐀 🐀 🐀 🐀 🐀 🐀 🐀
Sacked by UTD
Sacked by Sociedad
Sacked by West Ham, twice.

Backwards decision. A red mark on TFG right away.

This is the big problem with it for me. We really needed an appointment to give some excitement and get people behind them but instead we’re making one which will have a large portion of the fan base offside from the start and ready to have their preconceived biases confirmed.

It's obvious that the ideal solution was to give Dyche until the summer and then go our separate ways. That hasn't happened (due to form) and now we need someone who gives us the best chance of surviving. A more imaginative appointment could spark the fan base but there's also the other possibility that it goes completely wrong.

What kind of transfer window do you build around a 6 month appointment? The whole thing is just such an ill-conceived mess.

The criteria is absolute garbage.

PL experience? You mean like Dyche, Benitez, Mark Hughes, to name a few?

Knows the club? Maybe Rooney or Big Dunc could have a go?

It is pathetic, narrow-minded and uninspiring in the extreme.
