At this rate could be the shortest time anyone has been England manager.
 
Can't see that he's done too much wrong here. Refused to even be drawn in on bribes etc and reprimanded the "reporter" who brought it up.

Its not that I care one iota as to what position the England manager finds himself in, but its not going to stop here. There'll be plenty of managers implicated in this if it is as bad as people seem to be saying. If Allardyce gets binned then it should really set a precedent.

At the very least it will be interesting to see if they use the info Allardyce has to close those loopholes.

Maybe the FA and the EPL make too much money of the back of these agents and players in question for them to really push on with anything too damaging to the future trade or their 'brand'.

You couldn't make this up, dream job lasts 1 match. Don't think it warrants the sack, but if anyone at the FA regrets employing him then they will use this as gross misconduct to get out paying him compo.
 

Brilliant timing from the media as per, Allardyce would have been due to name his squad this weekend for the Malta and Slovenia double header next Saturday and a week today so if he does get the boot whomever gets put in charge (assuming the role doesn't get filled by the weekend) has mere days to name and train a squad for the two games
