You will never win this one mate.
Give in, admit it was 'all my fault', and just marvel at her strength of character.
No chance, it’s the principle of the matter now.

Mate it's been that long you would need a monkey wrench and a can of WD40 to get anywhere near mine

Her coming home early whilst I had a cam cover with freshly sprayed crackle finish paint baking at gas mark 3 in the oven.
About 3 weeks of silence and horrible looks. Ever so frosty.
Then she's planning your death. Probably enlisted 4 of her synchronised friends as accomplices/alibisNot a word lol
Are we talking Leon or a Berni Inn?I reckon we can get a whip round on here and get her taken out.
Love the silent treatment me. I even make a point of not leaving the house so I don’t miss a second of it. Once went over 5 months without speaking a word to each other … it was truly wonderful

Currently on day 2 of the silent treatment, for some imaginary domestic crime, committed against womanhood.
Which coincidentally has coincided with a delay in her HRT treatment.
I’m a master at riding this out and just carry on as normal.
I’m waiting for the inevitable explosion, which follows when she comes to the realisation, that it‘s not working.
What’s the longest you’ve ever had to endure the dog house for ?
I expect @john jako and his dart board to feature heavily in any discussion.
I must have been doing something wrong or right. In our 52 years together, 51 married, I’ve never been subjected to any ‘silent treatment’…….
To be sure. I've been married 12 years and with my wife for 18 and I'm a bit shocked by this thread how it seems to be a "thing". We have our ups and downs and annoy the piss out of each other at times, but I can't imagine giving her the "silent treatment", or vice versa. It just seems unbelievably childish, abusive behaviour to me.I must have been doing something wrong or right.
