'In a perfect world'
IN
Banega
Kondogbia
Alderweireld
Cedric (Real Betis)

Getting them in would require us to sell though mate?
Or have a serious amount of money left there for spending which I doubt.
All day on the Banega call even if he's damaged good, would be worth taking a chance on.
This Kobdogbia though, who is he?
Something needs to be done long term as we can't keep operating without investment into the team.

Maybe that will change in the future. Sooner than later hopefully.
At least we have a better team than pretty much most in the league.
Rearing to go like. Could go either way but we'll soon find out.

We supposedly had £13m available for Negredo. According to Transfermarkt we had a net spend of £2.6m last year (Mirallas, Stones, Oviedo and Pienaar), so it can't have been the Rodwell money. If it was an advance on the tv money then there should still be about £6m available.

Martinez has made 4 signings (Kone, Alcaraz, Joel and Deulofeu) and integrated players like Oviedo, Naismith, Stones and Barkley more fully....which makes them like new signings! Eight new players to the group is quite a big change and he probably wants to see what works and what doesn't. The sensible thing would be to keep the £6m in reserve in case we have an injury problem, a bargain comes along or it later becomes apparent that an area of the team needs strengthening. Plus, if he sells players it will give him an even bigger pot to play with rather than blowing it now.

^This. No need to spunk it all now.

People need to realise the hard way
Its not always what we want
People want it all, right now
Everton doesnt roll like that

Dont think I dont know this
Of course, I could be wrong
What I dont understand is why
Nobody can tell me

More absolute claptrap from you there mate.
Only time will tell but half these players you obsess over turn out proper donkeys like.
Deserve better funds for players that what were getting.
Selling our best players isn't the answer.

Havent I explained myself clearly enough?
Everton will always be like this
And its not getting any better
Deserve better funding?

Of course we do
Nobodys denying that

You just dont really understand

Everton To Tell United They Want £30million For Fellaini

Everton are set to demand £30million from Manchester United for the transfer of Marouane Fellaini, according to talkSport.

United manager David Moyes has been eyeing up a move for his former player and is still awaiting the first big transfer of the summer with the new Premier League season quickly approaching.

According to talkSport, Moyes will now focus on landing the Belgian midfielder but will be told by his former club that he will have to pay double what he did to break Everton’s transfer fee record in 2008.

The 25-year-old midfielder had been available at £22million last month because of a release clause in his contract, the article reports, but with that expired Manchester United will have to up their offer.

The Belgian international turned down a deal to join Manchester United in 2008 but is now keen to join up with Moyes once again with first team football almost guaranteed at the Premier League champions.

I can assure you, we will have no spare 6 million in cash. We as a business lose money year on year, just check the official accounts. They tell no lies.

Say that the Negredo interest was genuine. If we've spent about £7m so far, then £6m of the £13m we had earmarked for the Spaniard should still be available.

You make a good point but we really, really, really need some quality in the middle of the park. Maybe Naismith behind Jelavic is the answer for now (embarrassed to say it since I´ve ****ged him off at every opportunity so far).

I'd personally put Mirallas behind Jelavic. We could then use Barkley or Deulofeu on the right.

Love the way this 6m has been plucked from thin air.

Jack Rodwell 15m
Joseppepepeh Yobo 2.5m
Tim Cahill 1m
18.5m

Steven Pienaar £4.5m
Kevin Mirallas £6m
Bryan Oviedo 3m
John Stones 3m
16.5m

£6m is not based on player trading. It's based on the £13m we supposedly had for Negredo and how much of that we've already spent this summer.
